Together, General Partners Kyle Lefkoff, Andrew
Jones, Peter Roshko and Jonathan Perl, and Founding Partners Lawrence
Macks and Josh Fidler have
over 100 years of experience in the management of venture capital
funds, consulting and operations. The partners have been principal
or lead investors in over 90 companies.
Because each General Partner
takes on only 3-6 active commitments at any one time, we are uniquely
available at critical stages of company growth. The firm is a flat
partnership, which reflects its highly collaborative workstyle. We
utilize our experience and expertise, "360° market
intelligence" that results from our visibility in top venture
markets, a "continuous information loop" that keeps all
six investment professionals up-to-date throughout the life cycle
progress of BV portfolio companies and "best practices" imported
from other venture firms where the BV team has worked.
