Management Team
Nolan Smith, Controller,
brings a decade of experience in assurance,
advisory and consulting services to Boulder Ventures. Mr. Smith was
most recently a Director in the Restructuring practice of the Corporate
Finance Consulting group at FTI Consulting, Inc., focusing on debtor
side consulting services in workout and distressed debt situations.
Prior to joining FTI he served as a Manager in the Technology, Information,
Communication and Entertainment practice in the PricewaterhouseCoopers
Denver office, providing assurance services to both public and venture
supported companies in the software, information technology and data
storage industries. Additionally, at PwC Mr. Smith worked on numerous
due diligence, transaction support and valuation assurance engagements
in the technology and consumer products arena.
Mr. Smith graduated with high distinction from the University of
Kansas and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado."
