Change occurs rapidly in the industries and individual companies represented in the portfolio.  The partnership statements and carry values in the Quarterly Reports are the General Partners estimate as of the date of the last update (usually quarterly), in accordance with the Valuation Policy in effect from time to time and the Limited Partnership Agreement.  Over the duration of an investment in a given company, circumstances may cause the estimated enterprise value to vary, perhaps materially and significantly, from the partnership statement and Quarterly Reports.  Values are indicative only.  Questions about the portfolio companies, valuations, partnership statements and any other matters should be directed to one of the General Partners.
